We do expect our guests to clean up after themselves during their stay and at checkout. Please remove all food from the fridge, along with depositing trash and recycling in the appropriate bins outside.
LINENS/LAUNDRY
STRIP BEDS – Leave mattress protectors, blankets, comforters on beds. Leave used sheets on the floor of the laundry room. Leave dirty towels in the laundry basket labeled “dirty” linens.
BEACH TOWELS – not included in cleaning costs. If used, please wash, dry and return to the rack in laundry room.
If you can start a load of laundry and get it into the dryer before leaving, we would appreciate that. If not, please don’t leave a load of laundry in the washing machine.
UPSTAIRS
KITCHEN – Wipe down counters and any spills. Remove all food from fridge. Load and run dishwasher. Any dishes that don’t fit should be hand washed. Do not leave dirty dishes in the sink. Put trash/recycling in outside bins.
BATHROOM – Place trash in outside bin, leave window open.
DVDS/GAMES/PUZZLES – Put away.
DECK – Wipe food/sauces from BBQ table. Place chair cushions in storage bin. Close umbrellas, remove from stands, put in deck corner.
SLIDER DOORS – Close and lock both sliders. Close curtains in front windows.
DOWNSTAIRS
BED & BATHROOMS – Put trash in outside bins.
DVDS/GAMES/PUZZLES – Put away.
BEDROOM WINDOWS CLOSED. Close curtains in front bedroom.
LEAVE BATHROOM WINDOW OPEN.
THERMOSTAT – Turn off.
LAUNDRY ROOM – Door locked, window closed.
** If THURSDAY check-out – pull garbage and recycling cans to street.
